Responsibility
- Provide exceptional F&B service to lounge guests, including serving beverages, snacks, and light meals with a focus on presentation and efficiency.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked lounge environment, ensuring all areas meet hygiene and brand standards.
- Assist in setting up and breaking down service stations, including buffet displays, bar areas, and seating arrangements.
- Engage with guests professionally and courteously, addressing inquiries, special requests, and resolving minor issues promptly.
- Monitor inventory levels of beverages, food, and supplies, and report shortages to the supervisor for timely replenishment.
- Adhere to safety and security protocols, including handling equipment properly and following emergency procedures.
- Collaborate with the lounge team to enhance guest satisfaction through seamless coordination and communication.
- Uphold company policies and service standards, including dress code, grooming, and punctuality.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in F&B service, hospitality, or customer-facing roles (airport/airline lounge experience is a plus).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English (additional languages are advantageous).
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to anticipating guest needs.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift/move items up to 10-15 kg.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices (certification is a plus).
- Team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- Well-groomed appearance and adherence to professional dress code standards.
