Responsibility
- Provide expert consultation on premium household products, understanding client lifestyles and preferences
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive client engagement and follow-up
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations that highlight unique features and benefits
- Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor offerings
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional events and product launches
- Maintain accurate client records and sales documentation in CRM systems
- Provide exceptional after-sales service to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in luxury retail, premium sales, or customer service roles
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a consultative approach
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Strong product presentation and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently while contributing to team goals
- Knowledge of Bali's luxury market and consumer preferences is advantageous
