Responsibility
- Serve as the primary point of contact for hotel guests, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests with professionalism and warmth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, anticipating their needs and ensuring personalized service throughout their stay.
- Handle complaints or issues efficiently, implementing solutions that align with the hotel’s high standards of service.
- Collaborate with front desk, housekeeping, and management teams to coordinate seamless guest experiences.
- Promote hotel amenities, services, and loyalty programs to enhance guest engagement and repeat business.
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, preferences, and feedback for continuous service improvement.
- Assist in organizing special events, VIP arrivals, or tailored experiences to exceed guest expectations.
- Stay updated on local attractions, dining, and cultural events to provide expert recommendations to guests.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality (hotel, resort, or luxury service preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Proven ability to handle high-pressure situations with diplomacy and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing guest records and follow-ups.
