Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, table management, and guest seating.
- Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries, resolving complaints, and maintaining a positive dining experience.
- Train, mentor, and motivate the front-of-house team to uphold service standards and brand values.
- Monitor inventory levels for dining essentials (e.g., linens, glassware, utensils) and coordinate with management for replenishment.
- Oversee the opening and closing procedures, including cash reconciliation, shift reports, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate order delivery, minimizing guest wait times.
- Implement promotional strategies and upselling techniques to enhance revenue and guest satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing dining area in alignment with brand aesthetics.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in a supervisory role within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach to service.
- Familiarity with POS systems, reservation software, and basic financial reporting.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Hospitality Management is advantageous.
- Passion for the culinary arts and a deep understanding of fine dining service standards.
