Responsibility
- Serve as the primary point of contact for guests, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience from arrival to departure.
- Proactively anticipate and address guest needs, resolving inquiries or concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (front desk, housekeeping, F&B) to coordinate VIP services and special requests.
- Maintain accurate guest profiles and preferences to deliver tailored experiences and foster loyalty.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with guests to gather feedback and implement service improvements.
- Organize and oversee guest events, tours, or exclusive experiences to enhance satisfaction.
- Uphold brand standards and ensure compliance with company policies and local hospitality regulations.
- Stay updated on local attractions, cultural events, and industry trends to provide expert recommendations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in guest relations, front office, or customer service within the hospitality industry (luxury hotels/resorts preferred).
- Fluent in English (written and verbal); proficiency in Indonesian or other languages is a plus.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a natural ability to build rapport.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a calm, solution-oriented approach under pressure.
- Impeccable grooming, professional demeanor, and a passion for service excellence.
- Familiarity with PMS (Property Management Systems) and CRM tools is advantageous.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays, in a high-energy environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field is preferred.
