Responsibility
- Assist in the preparation and presentation of breakfast dishes, ensuring consistency and high quality.
- Support the kitchen team in maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and adherence to food safety standards.
- Learn and execute basic cooking techniques, including egg dishes, pastries, and buffet setups.
- Collaborate with senior chefs to understand menu planning, ingredient sourcing, and inventory management.
- Follow standardized recipes and portion controls to minimize waste and ensure cost efficiency.
- Assist in setting up and breaking down the breakfast service station efficiently.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations in compliance with local and international standards.
- Provide exceptional support to the team during peak service hours to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in culinary arts, hospitality, or a related field.
- High school diploma or equivalent; culinary certification is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of food preparation, kitchen equipment, and safety protocols.
- Strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
