Responsibility
- Oversee daily operations of Akira Back outlets, ensuring compliance with Marriott's brand standards.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Monitor financial performance, optimize costs, and drive revenue growth through strategic initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and hygiene regulations in all operational areas.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.
- Implement innovative solutions to improve guest satisfaction and operational workflows.
- Manage inventory, supplier relationships, and procurement processes.
- Represent the brand in local events and community engagements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in hospitality operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proven leadership skills with a track record of team development and performance improvement.
- Strong financial acumen and experience in budget management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Knowledge of local market trends and regulatory requirements in Bali.
