Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service to premium cable customers via phone, email, and chat
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and technical issues efficiently and professionally
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to cable services, billing, and account management
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information
- Meet and exceed performance metrics and service level agreements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus
- Previous experience in customer service or a call center environment is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
