Responsibility
- Conduct engaging and persuasive product demonstrations to potential customers in retail stores, resorts, and at special events.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, offering product recommendations, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute strategies that drive product awareness and sales.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through effective product presentations and customer engagement.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product features, benefits, and competitive advantages to effectively communicate value to customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, retailers, and event organizers to foster long-term business partnerships.
- Gather customer feedback and market insights to share with the marketing team for continuous product improvement.
- Represent Bullseye Solutions, Inc. with professionalism and enthusiasm, upholding the company’s brand image at all times.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, retail, or customer service, preferably in a demonstration or promotional role.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and persuade diverse audiences.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach to sales.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin, or other regional languages) are a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is advantageous.
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required by events or retail schedules.
