Responsibility
- Prepare and bake a variety of bread, pastries, and confections following established recipes and techniques.
- Ensure consistency in product quality, taste, and presentation.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering ingredients and supplies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment in compliance with food safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the team to develop new recipes and seasonal specialties.
- Operate and maintain baking equipment, ensuring proper functionality.
- Assist in training junior bakers and kitchen staff as needed.
- Follow food safety and hygiene protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Baker or Pastry Chef in a professional setting.
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment.
