As our Sales Consultant, you'll be the face of these prestigious brands, delivering exceptional customer experiences from initial contact through to delivery and after-sales service. Responsibility
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets for assigned luxury automotive brands
- Provide expert product knowledge and personalized consultations to high-end clients
- Conduct professional test drives and product demonstrations highlighting unique features
- Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to vehicle delivery
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
- Stay current with product updates, market trends, and competitive offerings
- Collaborate with service and finance teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Participate in local marketing events and brand activation activities
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in automotive or luxury retail
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus)
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with high-ticket items
- Passion for automobiles and knowledge of luxury/electric vehicle market
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Professional appearance and demeanor suitable for luxury brand representation
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and events
