As our Sales Consultant, you'll be the face of these prestigious brands, delivering exceptional customer experiences from initial contact through to delivery and after-sales service. Responsibility

  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets for assigned luxury automotive brands
  • Provide expert product knowledge and personalized consultations to high-end clients
  • Conduct professional test drives and product demonstrations highlighting unique features
  • Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to vehicle delivery
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
  • Stay current with product updates, market trends, and competitive offerings
  • Collaborate with service and finance teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Participate in local marketing events and brand activation activities

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in automotive or luxury retail
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus)
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills with high-ticket items
  • Passion for automobiles and knowledge of luxury/electric vehicle market
  • Valid driver's license with clean driving record
  • Professional appearance and demeanor suitable for luxury brand representation
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and events
