Responsibility
- Provide expert consultation on Proton vehicle features, specifications, and financing options
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through follow-up and after-sales service
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction scores
- Conduct professional test drives and product demonstrations
- Collaborate with the finance team to facilitate smooth transaction processes
- Stay updated on automotive industry trends and competitor offerings
- Participate in promotional events and roadshows
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum SPM/Diploma in any field (automotive background is a plus)
- Proven sales experience, preferably in automotive or retail industries
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Strong customer service orientation with a consultative approach
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel within assigned regions
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Basic computer literacy for CRM and sales reporting
