Join Didi Motors as a Sales Manager for our Proton dealership in Bali and lead a high-performing team to drive automotive sales excellence. Responsibility
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for Proton vehicles.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market share and increase dealership profitability in the Bali region.
- Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze data, and implement corrective actions to ensure KPIs are met.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to design and implement promotional campaigns, events, and digital strategies to boost brand visibility.
- Oversee inventory management, ensuring optimal stock levels of Proton models to meet customer demand.
- Conduct regular training sessions for the sales team on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service best practices.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and Proton’s latest models and features to provide expert guidance to customers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to inspire and manage a diverse sales team.
- In-depth knowledge of the automotive industry, including vehicle specifications, financing options, and customer needs.
- Proficiency in CRM software, sales analytics tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities to handle customer objections and close deals effectively.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
