Responsibility
- Engage with customers to understand their automotive needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Conduct test drives and product demonstrations to showcase vehicle features and benefits.
- Negotiate sales terms and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of vehicle specifications, pricing, and market trends.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote Carsome’s services through local events and digital channels.
- Follow up with leads and existing customers to build long-term relationships.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while adhering to company policies.
- Provide exceptional after-sales service to enhance customer loyalty.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in automotive sales, retail, or a related field.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales management tools.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within Bali.
- Passion for the automotive industry and customer service excellence.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
