Responsibility
- Provide personalized consultations to customers, understanding their needs and recommending suitable Nissan models.
- Conduct test drives and product demonstrations, highlighting key features, safety innovations, and performance benefits.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive customer engagement and follow-ups.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Nissanâs product lineup, promotions, financing options, and after-sales services.
- Build and nurture long-term customer relationships to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Collaborate with the marketing and service teams to ensure a seamless customer journey from inquiry to delivery.
- Utilize CRM tools to track leads, manage customer data, and generate sales reports.
- Participate in local events, auto shows, and dealership promotions to increase brand visibility.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in automotive sales, retail, or customer service roles.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (additional local language proficiency is a plus).
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse customers.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Familiarity with automotive technology, financing, and leasing options is highly desirable.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, as required.
- Valid driverâs license with a clean driving record.
