Responsibility
- Provide expert consultation to customers on BMW models, features, and financing options.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction scores.
- Conduct test drives and product demonstrations to showcase BMW’s engineering and innovation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with the sales team to organize promotional events and exclusive previews.
- Stay updated on BMW’s latest models, technologies, and market trends to provide accurate information.
- Manage customer inquiries, follow-ups, and negotiations to close sales efficiently.
- Uphold the brand’s premium image through professional conduct and showroom presentation.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in automotive sales, preferably with luxury brands.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with a consultative selling mindset.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to conduct test drives.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Passion for automobiles and a deep understanding of BMW’s brand values.
