Responsibility
- Lead and motivate a team of front-of-house and back-of-house staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and cost control.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards in alignment with local regulations.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain loyal patrons.
- Monitor financial performance, including revenue, expenses, and profitability, and report to senior management.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to maintain menu quality, presentation, and authenticity.
- Stay updated on industry trends and recommend innovations to enhance service and operations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (3+ years) as a Restaurant Manager, Assistant Manager, or similar leadership role in the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of Asian cuisine, service standards, and cultural nuances.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency in POS systems, inventory management, and financial reporting.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are a plus.
- Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
