Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance operations, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and structural repairs.
- Conduct regular inspections of resort facilities to identify and address maintenance needs proactively.
- Lead a team of maintenance technicians, assigning tasks and ensuring timely completion of work orders.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and front office teams to prioritize maintenance requests and minimize guest disruptions.
- Manage inventory of maintenance supplies, tools, and equipment, ensuring cost-effective procurement and usage.
- Implement preventive maintenance programs to extend the lifespan of resort infrastructure and reduce emergency repairs.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
- Respond to after-hours emergencies and provide on-call support as needed.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (3+ years) in maintenance supervision, preferably in the hospitality or tourism industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry systems.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to train and mentor staff.
- Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) is a plus.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of Indonesian is advantageous.
- Flexibility to work in shift-based or on-call schedules as required.
