Responsibility
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas to the highest standards of hygiene and presentation.
- Replace and replenish amenities, linens, and towels as needed, ensuring all supplies are fully stocked.
- Inspect rooms for maintenance issues and report any damages or malfunctions to the supervisor promptly.
- Follow established cleaning protocols, including disinfection and sanitation procedures, to meet health and safety standards.
- Respond to guest requests for additional services (e.g., extra pillows, toiletries) in a timely and courteous manner.
- Collaborate with the housekeeping team to prioritize tasks and ensure efficient workflow during peak occupancy periods.
- Adhere to all company policies, including confidentiality, security, and sustainability practices (e.g., linen reuse programs).
- Assist with deep cleaning projects and special preparations for VIP guests or events.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in housekeeping, preferably in a hotel or resort setting (fresh graduates with a strong work ethic are encouraged to apply).
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks, lift up to 10 kg, and stand for extended periods.
- Keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining impeccable cleanliness standards.
- Basic English communication skills; fluency in Indonesian is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with cleaning chemicals and equipment (training provided).
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, to accommodate guest needs.
