Responsibility
- Lead and manage a team of premier banking professionals, ensuring high performance and adherence to service standards.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention for premier clients.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align onshore and offshore operations, ensuring seamless service delivery.

- Drive sales and revenue growth by promoting premier banking products and services to high-net-worth clients.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., CFA, CFP) are a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in team management within the banking or financial services industry, with a focus on premier or high-net-worth client segments.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a customer-facing role.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams in a multicultural environment.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are advantageous).
- In-depth knowledge of retail banking products, wealth management, and regulatory compliance.
