Responsibility
- Provide exceptional front-desk services, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries with a personalized touch.
- Coordinate transportation, tours, and local experiences, leveraging your knowledge of Bali's top attractions.
- Manage resident and guest requests promptly, from dining reservations to special event arrangements.
- Maintain a welcoming and secure environment, ensuring all safety and operational protocols are followed.
- Liaise with property management, housekeeping, and maintenance teams to address guest needs efficiently.
- Handle administrative tasks such as logging guest feedback, managing bookings, and updating records.
- Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality at all times.
- Assist in emergency situations with composure and quick decision-making.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in hospitality, concierge services, or customer-facing roles.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin, Japanese) are a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a service-oriented mindset.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office, property management software).
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Knowledge of Bali’s tourism landscape, cultural norms, and luxury service standards.
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification is advantageous.
