Responsibility
- Provide impeccable table service to guests, ensuring a refined and personalized dining experience.
- Take and relay orders accurately, with a deep understanding of menu offerings, including wine pairings and special dietary requests.
- Maintain a polished and professional appearance, adhering to the hotel’s grooming and uniform standards.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and seamless service delivery.
- Anticipate guest needs, offering proactive assistance and resolving any concerns with discretion and efficiency.
- Set up and reset dining areas to meet 5-star standards, including table arrangements, silverware, and ambiance.
- Upsell premium menu items and beverages to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue.
- Participate in pre-service briefings and training to stay updated on menu changes, promotions, and service protocols.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in fine dining or luxury hotel service.
- Fluent in English; additional languages (e.g., Mandarin, Japanese, French) are a plus.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a warm, professional demeanor.
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage service, including wine and cocktail pairings.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Impeccable attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high hygiene and safety standards.
- Previous experience in a 5-star hotel or Michelin-starred restaurant is highly advantageous.
