Responsibility
- Oversee daily hotel operations during assigned shifts, ensuring compliance with Ibis standards and local regulations.
- Lead and mentor the Front Office team to deliver 5-star service, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries.
- Act as the primary point of contact for guest concerns, resolving issues promptly and professionally to enhance satisfaction.
- Conduct night audits, verify financial transactions, and ensure accurate reporting for management review.
- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B teams to maintain operational harmony and guest comfort.
- Monitor occupancy levels, anticipate staffing needs, and adjust schedules to optimize service delivery.
- Uphold health, safety, and security protocols, including emergency response procedures.
- Drive guest loyalty programs and gather feedback to continuously improve service quality.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a hotel or resort.
- Proven track record in guest service management, conflict resolution, and team leadership.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of PMS (Property Management Systems) and basic accounting principles.
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
