Responsibility
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages (espresso, pour-over, cold brew, etc.) with consistency and excellence.
- Engage with customers, providing personalized recommendations and ensuring a memorable experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station, equipment, and service areas.
- Monitor inventory levels of coffee beans, syrups, and supplies, and assist with restocking as needed.
- Collaborate with the team to develop seasonal drink menus and promotional offerings.
- Educate customers about coffee origins, brewing methods, and flavor profiles.
- Handle cash transactions and operate POS systems accurately.
- Participate in training sessions to refine skills and stay updated on industry trends.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Barista or in a similar customer service role (preferred but not required).
- Passion for coffee and a willingness to learn advanced brewing techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of coffee equipment (espresso machines, grinders, etc.) is a plus.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts (morning/evening).
- Friendly, outgoing personality with a customer-first mindset.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian or other languages is advantageous.
