Responsibility
- Assist the Restaurant General Manager in overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction.
- Manage and train staff to maintain operational efficiency and quality.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries.
- Implement and enforce company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- Analyze sales reports and financial data to optimize performance.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve business goals and targets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role within the hospitality or food service industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven track record of driving sales and improving operational efficiency.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
