Responsibility
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, tea, and other beverages according to Mozmoji’s standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service with a friendly, professional, and efficient approach.
- Operate and maintain coffee equipment, ensuring cleanliness and functionality at all times.
- Assist in inventory management, including stocking supplies and tracking usage.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a smooth and welcoming café environment.
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately using POS systems.
- Educate customers on menu items, including specialty drinks, food pairings, and promotional offers.
- Adhere to food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a barista or in a customer-facing role is a plus, but not required—training provided!
- Passion for coffee and a willingness to learn new techniques and recipes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with a diverse customer base.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work part-time hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and inventory tracking.
- Familiarity with POS systems is advantageous.
