Responsibility
- Assist the Outlet Supervisor in managing daily operations during the evening shift.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction.
- Supervise and support the cafe team, providing guidance and training as needed.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies to maintain stock.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in accordance with company policies.
- Assist in cash handling and ensuring accurate transactions.
- Contribute to team meetings and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within the F&B or hospitality industry.
