Responsibility
- Serve as the first point of contact for guests, providing a warm, professional welcome and seamless check-in/check-out experiences.
- Coordinate personalized itineraries, including transportation, dining, spa bookings, and exclusive local experiences.
- Manage VIP guest requests with discretion, efficiency, and a solutions-oriented mindset.
- Liaise with internal teams (housekeeping, maintenance, security) to ensure impeccable service delivery.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local attractions, events, and high-end vendors to provide expert recommendations.
- Handle confidential guest information with the utmost integrity and professionalism.
- Resolve guest concerns promptly, turning challenges into opportunities to enhance satisfaction.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including record-keeping, reporting, and inventory management for concierge amenities.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in concierge, front desk, or guest services, preferably in luxury hotels, resorts, or private clubs.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal); additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin, French) are a plus.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a natural ability to build rapport.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Proven track record of handling high-pressure situations with grace and professionalism.
- Deep knowledge of Baliâs luxury offerings (restaurants, tours, wellness retreats, etc.) or willingness to learn quickly.
- Proficiency in MS Office, PMS (Property Management Systems), and basic CRM tools.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required in a 24/7 hospitality environment.
