Responsibility
- Provide discreet, personalized service to VIP guests, executives, or private residents, anticipating needs before they arise.
- Manage daily operations of private households or luxury accommodations, including staff supervision, scheduling, and logistics.
- Coordinate exclusive events, from intimate gatherings to large-scale functions, ensuring flawless execution.
- Oversee housekeeping, maintenance, and security standards to maintain a pristine and secure environment.
- Act as a personal concierge, arranging transportation, reservations, and bespoke experiences tailored to guest preferences.
- Maintain inventory of high-end amenities, including fine linens, tableware, and luxury provisions.
- Uphold confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions, adhering to strict privacy protocols.
- Collaborate with chefs, sommeliers, and service teams to deliver culinary and hospitality excellence.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in luxury hospitality, private service, or high-end butler roles (preferably in 5-star hotels, private yachts, or estates).
- Fluent in English (additional languages, especially Indonesian or Mandarin, are a plus).
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a polished, diplomatic demeanor.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
