Responsibility
- Design and develop precast concrete elements, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project specifications.
- Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and contractors to integrate precast systems into overall project designs.
- Oversee the technical aspects of precast production, including mold design, reinforcement detailing, and quality control.
- Conduct feasibility studies and cost analyses for precast solutions, optimizing for efficiency and sustainability.
- Provide technical support during the installation and assembly of precast components on-site.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of precast elements, implementing improvements as needed.
- Prepare and review technical documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports.
- Stay updated with advancements in precast technology and industry best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in precast concrete design, production, or construction.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) and structural analysis tools.
- Strong understanding of precast concrete manufacturing processes and quality control standards.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with multidisciplinary teams.
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations in Indonesia.
- Certification in precast concrete design or related fields is a plus.
