Responsibility
- Design and develop precast concrete elements, including beams, columns, slabs, and wall panels, ensuring compliance with structural and architectural requirements.
- Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and project managers to optimize precast solutions for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Oversee the production process in precast factories, including mold design, reinforcement placement, and concrete pouring, to ensure quality and precision.
- Conduct site inspections and supervise the installation of precast elements, ensuring alignment with project specifications and safety standards.
- Perform structural calculations and simulations to validate the integrity and performance of precast components under various load conditions.
- Prepare detailed technical drawings, shop drawings, and production schedules using CAD software and BIM tools.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to precast production, transportation, and installation.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, industry standards, and company quality control procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in precast concrete design, production, or installation.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) and structural analysis tools (e.g., ETABS, SAP2000).
- Strong understanding of concrete technology, reinforcement detailing, and precast manufacturing processes.
- Familiarity with international and local building codes (e.g., ACI, Eurocode, Indonesian SNI standards).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate technical concepts clearly.
- Experience with BIM (Building Information Modeling) is a plus.
