Responsibility
- Conduct technical demonstrations and presentations of CCTV and access control systems to potential clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify client needs and propose tailored security solutions.
- Provide technical support and guidance to clients during the pre-sales process.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term business growth.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in security technology.
- Prepare and deliver technical proposals and quotations to clients.
- Work closely with the engineering team to ensure seamless implementation of security solutions.
- Participate in industry events and exhibitions to promote the company’s products and services.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in pre-sales, sales, or technical support within the security industry.
- Strong understanding of CCTV and access control systems.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions.
