Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to expand market presence in SEA.
- Identify and cultivate partnerships with key stakeholders in the animal nutrition industry.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats.
- Lead negotiations and close high-value deals with distributors, manufacturers, and retailers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with company goals.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and competitive activity.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
- Drive revenue growth through innovative sales strategies and customer engagement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Animal Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing within the animal nutrition sector.
- Proven track record of successfully expanding business operations in SEA.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin) are a plus.
- Willingness to travel regionally as needed.
- Passion for animal nutrition and sustainable agriculture.
