Responsibility
- Act as the primary technical liaison between sales, resellers, customers, and delivery teams to ensure seamless solution alignment.
- Conduct in-depth technical presentations and demonstrations of application and data security solutions.
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify customer needs and propose tailored security solutions.
- Develop and deliver compelling technical proposals, RFP responses, and product demonstrations.
- Provide technical expertise during the sales cycle, including proof-of-concept (PoC) and pilot implementations.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging threats, and competitive solutions to position our offerings effectively.
- Work closely with product and engineering teams to gather customer feedback and drive product improvements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in pre-sales, technical sales, or solution architecture, preferably in cybersecurity.
- Strong understanding of application security, data protection, and related technologies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience with security solutions such as firewalls, encryption, identity management, and vulnerability assessment tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Certifications in cybersecurity (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CEH) are a plus.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and partners.
