Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end ICT project delivery for defence and public security initiatives, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, developers, and security experts, to design and implement secure ICT solutions.
- Develop and maintain project plans, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies to ensure successful project execution.
- Act as the primary liaison between ST Engineering and government or defence clients, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals.
- Oversee the integration of emerging technologies (AI, IoT, cybersecurity) into defence and public security systems.
- Monitor project performance using KPIs and metrics, providing regular updates to stakeholders and senior management.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, security protocols, and best practices in ICT project management.
- Mentor junior project managers and team members, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in ICT project management, preferably in defence, public security, or government sectors.
- Proven track record of managing complex, high-stakes projects with budgets exceeding IDR 500 million.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, risk management, and compliance frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST).
- Certification in project management (PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum) is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage with technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience with ICT infrastructure, cloud computing, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
