Responsibility
- Design, analyze, and optimize end-to-end business processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer experiences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify pain points, bottlenecks, and opportunities for process automation or digital transformation.
- Develop and document process maps, workflows, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) using industry-standard tools (e.g., BPMN, Visio, Lucidchart).
- Conduct gap analyses and benchmarking to align business processes with best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Lead process improvement initiatives, including Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile methodologies, to drive measurable business outcomes.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to educate stakeholders on new processes, tools, and change management strategies.
- Monitor and evaluate process performance using KPIs and data analytics, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends in business process management (BPM), RPA, and AI to recommend innovative solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in business process design, process improvement, or operational excellence roles.
- Proficiency in process modeling tools (e.g., BPMN 2.0, Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart) and familiarity with BPM software (e.g., Camunda, Pega, Appian).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into streamlined processes.
- Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile (certification is a plus).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to influence decision-making and drive adoption of new processes.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, remote or hybrid environment.
- Knowledge of digital transformation trends, including RPA, AI, and low-code platforms, is highly desirable.
