Responsibility
- Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise desktop and hardware solutions.
- Manage and optimize SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager) for endpoint deployment, patching, and compliance.
- Provide expert-level troubleshooting and resolution for complex desktop and hardware issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure IT infrastructure aligns with business objectives.
- Develop and enforce IT policies, security protocols, and best practices for endpoint management.
- Mentor junior IT staff and conduct training sessions on desktop and hardware technologies.
- Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement proactive solutions.
- Stay updated with emerging trends in desktop virtualization, hardware innovations, and SCCM advancements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in desktop support, hardware management, and SCCM administration.
- Proven expertise in deploying, configuring, and troubleshooting Windows-based systems.
- Strong knowledge of SCCM, including OS deployment, software distribution, and patch management.
- Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate (MD-100/MD-101) are a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills to liaise with stakeholders and provide technical guidance.
- Experience working in remote or distributed teams is highly desirable.
