Responsibility
- Act as a technical advisor to clients, understanding their needs and proposing tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop compelling proposals and presentations.
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical workshops to showcase capabilities.
- Provide accurate and timely responses to RFIs (Request for Information) and RFPs (Request for Proposals).
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive offerings to position our solutions effectively.
- Assist in the design and customization of solutions to meet specific client requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Gather and relay customer feedback to internal teams for product and service improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
- Proven experience in pre-sales, technical sales, or solutions consulting within the ICT sector.
- Strong understanding of networking, cloud computing, cybersecurity, or enterprise software.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience with RFPs, tenders, and proposal writing is a plus.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and collaboration platforms.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events.
