Responsibility
- Conduct one-on-one consultations with clients to understand their pre-planning needs and preferences.
- Present and explain legacy planning products and services with clarity and empathy.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through trust, professionalism, and follow-up.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while adhering to ethical business practices.
- Collaborate with the team to develop customized pre-planning solutions for diverse client needs.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and product offerings to provide accurate advice.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance sales and consultative skills.
- Document client interactions and maintain detailed records in compliance with company policies.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or consulting (preferably in financial services, insurance, or related fields).
