Responsibility
- Develop and deliver comprehensive clinical training programs aligned with PRC standards and healthcare industry best practices.
- Assess training needs for healthcare professionals and tailor programs to address skill gaps and compliance requirements.
- Create engaging training materials, including manuals, presentations, and e-learning modules, to support diverse learning styles.
- Conduct hands-on workshops, simulations, and mentorship sessions to enhance practical competencies in clinical settings.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics, and refine programs accordingly.
- Collaborate with healthcare institutions to ensure training programs meet organizational and regulatory standards.
- Stay updated on emerging trends, technologies, and regulations in healthcare to continuously improve training content.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development among trainees and peers.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Nursing, Medicine, or a related healthcare field (required).
- Active PRC (Professional Regulation Commission) certification as a Clinical Trainer or equivalent (mandatory).
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting (hospital, clinic, or training institution).
- Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs for healthcare professionals.
- Strong knowledge of clinical protocols, patient safety standards, and healthcare compliance regulations.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage diverse audiences.
