Responsibility
- Design and deliver engaging IELTS preparation lessons tailored to students’ proficiency levels and target scores.
- Assess and provide personalized feedback on practice tests, essays, and speaking performances.
- Develop customized study plans to address individual weaknesses in Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking.
- Stay updated with IELTS exam trends and incorporate the latest strategies into teaching materials.
- Conduct mock exams and simulate real test conditions to build student confidence.
- Collaborate with the academic team to enhance curriculum quality and student outcomes.
- Track and report student progress using data-driven metrics.
- Participate in workshops and professional development to refine teaching techniques.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Linguistics, Education, or a related field (required).
- TEFL, TESOL, or CELTA certification (minimum 120 hours).
- Proven experience (1+ years) in IELTS teaching or test preparation (preferred).
- Native or near-native English proficiency (IELTS Band 8+ or equivalent).
- Strong classroom management and student engagement skills.
- Familiarity with Cambridge IELTS materials and scoring criteria.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends/evenings.
