Responsibility
- Deliver engaging math lessons (online and physical) tailored to students’ learning styles and abilities.
- Assist in developing interactive teaching materials and resources to enhance student comprehension.
- Monitor and evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback to parents and guardians.
- Collaborate with senior educators to refine lesson plans and adopt best practices in math education.
- Participate in weekly training sessions to improve pedagogical skills and subject-matter expertise.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and student performance metrics.
- Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment that encourages curiosity and participation.
- Adapt teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning needs, including students with varying skill levels.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field (or currently pursuing).
- Passion for teaching and a strong foundation in mathematics (algebra, geometry, problem-solving).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage students and parents effectively.
- Familiarity with digital teaching tools (e.g., Zoom, Google Classroom, interactive whiteboards).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, flexible environment.
- Patience, creativity, and a student-first mindset to make learning enjoyable.
- Prior tutoring or teaching experience (preferred but not required—training provided).
