Responsibility
- Deliver engaging and effective lessons aligned with international curriculum standards (e.g., Cambridge, IB, or similar).
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and critical thinking.
- Develop and implement lesson plans, assessments, and educational resources tailored to diverse learning needs.
- Collaborate with colleagues to integrate cross-curricular projects and extracurricular activities.
- Monitor and evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback to students and parents.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to stay updated with best practices in education.
- Uphold school policies and contribute to a culture of respect, discipline, and academic integrity.
- Engage with the local and international community through school events, parent-teacher meetings, and cultural initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a relevant field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Valid teaching certification (e.g., PGCE, QTS, or equivalent).
- Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in an international or bilingual school setting.
- Strong command of English (native or near-native proficiency).
- Experience with international curricula (IB, Cambridge, or American curriculum is a plus).
- Excellent communication, classroom management, and interpersonal skills.
- Cultural sensitivity and adaptability to working in a multicultural environment.
