Responsibility
- Design, develop, and deploy interactive Power BI dashboards to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical data specifications.
- Perform complex data cleaning, transformation, and modeling using Power Query and DAX.
- Optimize dashboard performance and data refresh schedules for real-time reporting accuracy.
- Conduct deep-dive data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
- Maintain documentation for data lineage, report logic, and user training manuals.
- Ensure data governance and security compliance across all reporting outputs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence roles.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Power BI (DAX, Power Query, Data Modeling).
- Strong SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation from relational databases.
- Experience with ETL processes and data warehousing concepts (e.g., Azure SQL, Snowflake).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
