Responsibility
- Oversee daily operations of the poultry processing plant, ensuring adherence to health, safety, and hygiene standards (e.g., HACCP, ISO).
- Manage and lead a team of processing staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
- Monitor production output, quality control, and efficiency to meet company targets and customer demands.
- Implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for slaughtering, processing, and packaging.
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely supply of raw materials and distribution of finished products.
- Maintain accurate records of production, inventory, and compliance documentation for audits.
- Optimize resource utilization (labor, equipment, utilities) to reduce costs and improve profitability.
- Collaborate with veterinary and quality assurance teams to ensure animal welfare and product safety.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Animal Husbandry, Food Technology, Agricultural Engineering, or related fields. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in poultry processing, meat production, or agricultural manufacturing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations (e.g., BPPOM, Halal certification, international standards).
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage large teams and cross-functional collaboration.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities in fast-paced production environments.
- Familiarity with ERP or production management software is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali and work flexible hours as needed.
