Responsibility
- Perform daily cleaning, maintenance, and chemical balancing of swimming pools to ensure safety and hygiene standards.
- Inspect pool equipment (pumps, filters, heaters) and perform minor repairs or report issues for major servicing.
- Design, plant, and maintain lush gardens, lawns, and tropical landscapes to enhance aesthetic appeal.
- Prune trees, trim hedges, and remove weeds to keep outdoor areas tidy and well-groomed.
- Install and maintain irrigation systems to ensure optimal plant health and water efficiency.
- Monitor and treat pests or diseases affecting plants and pool areas using eco-friendly methods where possible.
- Collaborate with resort staff to coordinate maintenance schedules and prioritize tasks based on guest needs.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and environmental regulations in pool and garden maintenance.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in pool maintenance (chemical balancing, equipment handling) and/or landscaping/gardening.
- Knowledge of tropical plants, soil types, and irrigation systems is a strong advantage.
- Ability to operate and maintain gardening tools and pool cleaning equipment.
- Physical fitness and stamina to work outdoors in Baliās climate.
- Basic understanding of health and safety standards for pools and public spaces.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Good communication skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
