Responsibility
- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness, hygiene, and safety of the pool area, including decks, furniture, and surrounding facilities.
- Conduct regular water quality checks and ensure proper chemical balance in the pool.
- Assist guests with poolside amenities, such as providing towels, setting up lounge chairs, and serving refreshments.
- Enforce pool safety rules and respond promptly to any emergencies or guest concerns.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including skimming debris, vacuuming, and cleaning pool filters.
- Collaborate with the housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing guest inquiries and requests with professionalism.
- Report any maintenance issues or hazards to the management team immediately.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role (hotel, resort, or luxury villa preferred).
- Strong swimming skills and knowledge of pool safety protocols.
- Basic understanding of pool maintenance and water treatment (training provided).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Physical stamina to perform tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Friendly, approachable demeanor with a passion for hospitality.
