Responsibility
- Lead and manage a high-performing team to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, cash handling, and compliance with health and safety standards.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales growth, customer retention, and brand loyalty.
- Train, mentor, and motivate staff to ensure consistent delivery of the Boost Juice experience.
- Monitor and analyze store performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to optimize operations.
- Ensure the store maintains a clean, organized, and inviting atmosphere in line with brand standards.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the regional management team to align with company-wide initiatives and goals.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a leadership role within the retail or F&B industry, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and lead a team.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Passion for health, wellness, and customer service excellence.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Familiarity with POS systems, inventory management, and basic financial reporting.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
