Responsibility
- Monitor and ensure compliance with local and national environmental regulations, including waste management, emissions, and water quality standards.
- Develop and implement pollution control policies and procedures to minimize environmental impact.
- Conduct regular environmental audits and inspections to identify potential risks and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainable practices into daily operations.
- Prepare and submit environmental reports to regulatory agencies and internal stakeholders.
- Lead training programs to educate employees on environmental best practices and compliance requirements.
- Investigate and resolve environmental incidents, ensuring corrective actions are implemented.
- Stay updated on emerging environmental technologies and trends to recommend innovative solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in environmental compliance, pollution control, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of environmental laws and regulations in Indonesia and international standards.
- Experience conducting environmental audits and preparing compliance reports.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to assess environmental risks.
- Proficient in using environmental monitoring tools and software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with teams and regulatory bodies.
- Certification in environmental management (e.g., ISO 14001) is a plus.
