Responsibility
- Prepare, review, and maintain environmental documentation, including permits, reports, and compliance records.
- Ensure all environmental documents adhere to local, national, and international regulations.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to gather necessary data for documentation.
- Organize and archive environmental records in a systematic and accessible manner.
- Monitor deadlines for submissions and renewals of environmental permits and licenses.
- Assist in conducting environmental audits and preparing audit reports.
- Provide administrative support for environmental impact assessments and sustainability projects.
- Stay updated on changes in environmental laws and regulations and communicate updates to relevant teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering or a related field (required).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in environmental documentation, compliance, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of environmental regulations and documentation standards in Indonesia.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with a high attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and document management systems.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Willingness to travel for business purposes as required.
- Fluent in English and Indonesian (written and verbal).
